HOW TO VIEW AND INTERACT WITH THIS REPORT:

• To see a larger version of the report, click the square ‘Full Screen’ command icon (next to the ‘Search’ icon) in the toolbar above the report to expand the document to full screen view.
• To navigate back and forth within the report, use the arrow icons in the toolbar, or the arrows in the bottom left and right corners below the report pages. You can also navigate between specific sections and pages within the report by clicking the linked and highlighted text within the report contents and section navigation menu tabs.
• Use the ‘Zoom’ icon in the toolbar to increase the size of the report contents.
• Use the ‘Search’ icon in the toolbar to look for a particular word in the report.
• Use the ‘Download’ icon in the toolbar to download a PDF version of the report; or download a PDF of the report by clicking the ‘Download’ button below the report flipbook.
• Use the ‘Share’ icon in the toolbar to share the report with your network.
• Use the ‘Print’ icon in the toolbar to print a hard copy of the report.
• Use the ‘Sound’ icon in the toolbar to hear the report pages turning.
• Scan the QR code provided to read the report on your phone.
